i finally got to chat with one of my friends from church on icq last nite haha. known him for quite a number of years already..we use to serve mass together as altarservers yup couple of years older than me..he is in england rite now haha yup can;t believe i am actually chatting with him coz here i am chatting with him at nite while its afternoon over there haha..yup the last time i meet up with him was like erm...last august i think ya..juz had a small gathering at his place with a few of our friends..home cooked dishes hehe...

went to the gym today..spend two hours there n then when i got back home thought it was still early so i went for a run haha...felt pretty good after that since the las ttime i ran was like last saturday at the stadium in school haha..
